| | Friday nights at The Horse | Hey everyone, I just wanted to check and see what exactly would bring people back in for Friday nights at The Horse. This Friday we only had 3 people besides myself there and that just doesn't make for much of a tournament. I was wondering if most people still want FNM and if so would you prefer Standard or draft? If not FNM then what? I can do the league play on Friday's instead of Saturday's starting next month and we can do actual booster packs if you guys prefer that? I can put a poll up but I just want some thoughts and opinions on this because that poor of attendance can't continue or else The Horse won't be open much longer.

| I prefer Standard, since I cannot spend $10 per tournament on cards that I do not want/need. It just costs too much money to come down there for me. And honestly, I do not care much for the FNM tournament. I would rather have Friday's return to what it was when I first started coming to the Horse. I only want to get the foils because Jeremy wants them. I do not keep any of the promos because I do not care about them and Jeremy does. Also, if Friday was just Standard, there might be more of a crowd coming from Decatur instead of just me. But, if everyone else wants to keep having draft tournaments on Friday night, then I will travel to other places to play Standard. I have done that before and would keep doing it. |

| I still love standard but even if it's not sanctioned we need to get more than just 5 or 6 people for Standard, it's just that at $5 entry we really need 8-10 people to show up so the store makes a little money that night.

| We could do separate leagues on Friday nights and the Saturday a.m. time slot. The only problem with that is one of them would probably have to be with booster packs as I don't think I could keep up the pace of grab bags for both leagues.

| I like FNM Standard, but I am amenable to other options. A Standard league might be fun.

| I would prefer to go back to Tuesday draft Friday Standard at least the weeks of FNM. If there is an extra Friday at the end of the month maybe do something off the wall or just save those for most Saturdays.(note most, not all)
Off the wall=grab bag(all rare 5-5-5 or whatever) as well as things like Highlander, teams, type 1-1.5 extented etc.
