| | First Post | This is my first post here. I just wanted to say hello. I suppose I should ask a question. What is the general opinion of how long Magic 2010 will be used in Standard (Type II) play? Martin and I were discussing this last night. Any theories? I don’t really want to invest tons of cash getting certain cards unless the set is going to last a while.

M10 is scheduled to leave with Alara block. so roughly 7 months-ish.
M10 and M11 will both be standard leagal for about 3 months until the first set of Scars of Mirrodin is released. Then Alara block will rotate out along with M10.
