If you want pick-up / delivery, payment can be made in person.
If cards are shipped, the cost will be:
- $1 - up to 8 cards
- $2 - up to 32 cards
- $3 - up to 64 cards
- If you order more than 64 cards we will e-mail you the shipping cost.
