If you put this on a creature with regeneration could you choose to regenerate the old fashion way and save the umbra, or does this automatically get sent to the graveyard no matter what? Regenerate says "the next time it would be destroyed, it isn't." I think the replacement effect of the totem would never trigger. I could be wrong though.
