Another "waste of my booster pack" rare. First - He's over-costed. Second - most decks have a large and diverse mana base. Third - the only decks that really plays tons of basics are RDW and Elves. RDW will just burn this guy off the table and Elves will have infinite mana producing critters on the board by the time you cast this guy. Fourth - this guy really blows.
