|         Ehhh, he's removal on a creature, but he still is very mana intensive. You need to spend six mana into this guy just to give one creature -2/-2.

|         obviously the downside of this new level up bullshit is just wasting your turns. Play this guy, skip your second turn, and then you can kill 2/2's all day. skip your fourth turn and now he kills 4/4's all day. The bonus, like kicker, is this gives a creature that you wouldn't normally want to draw on turn 12 a new reason to be excited about drawing this 1/1 on turn 12 (maybe not this guy specifically, but is better than just a 1/1.... obviously).
